• Section 74 – Use of criminal force on a woman with intent to outrage her modesty, and

After reviewing the complaint and preliminary evidence, Santacruz Police arrested Sachin Sanghvi on Thursday. He was produced before a magistrate at the Bandra Court, where he was granted bail soon after.

A senior officer confirmed that the probe is ongoing and the police are verifying electronic communication, including messages exchanged between the complainant and Sanghvi on social media and WhatsApp.
