Angel Chakma, a 24-year-old MBA student from Tripura, died after being stabbed in Dehradun in an incident suspected to be racially motivated.
The altercation reportedly began on the street, where the attackers allegedly used racial slurs against Angel and his younger brother.
Angel underwent surgery and was placed on life support, but succumbed to his injuries on December 26, seventeen days after the attack.
