A tragic incident has been reported from Ratlam district in Madhya Pradesh.

A 10-month-old baby died after receiving routine immunization at an Anganwadi centre.

According to the family, the baby’s health suddenly deteriorated after the injection, leading to his death.

Another child is also in serious condition and has been admitted to the hospital.

The family has alleged medical negligence by the health staff.
