This is Umbergaon railway station in Gujrat where a massive dispute broke out over tatkal tickets.

Reports say these people had been standing in line for several hours and some passengers claim they have been waiting for 48 hours for tatkal tickets.

Their allegation is that some tickets are allegedly being issued through advance forms and VIP agent access while common people keep waiting for their turn.

Frustration finally boiled over and the situation turned into a heated clash.

Western Railway has taken notice of the incident and said an inquiry will be started to ensure transparency in the tatkal ticket process.
