Bihar's Bagaha SP Nirmala Kumari visited a government girls school for inspection and ended up taking an English class herself.

Finding the teacher absent she stood at the blackboard and taught Present Tense grammar to students in uniform.

The incident happened on April 21 2026 at Parsa Residential Kasturba Vidyalaya in Bagaha district.

During her inspection SP Nirmala Kumari noticed the English teacher was on leave. Instead of just noting it down she stepped up personally.

A short video now viral shows her writing grammar examples on the blackboard inside a computer equipped classroom.

She explained rules and engaged students actively throughout the lesson.

Her hands-on approach has won praise from many. However some have questioned if police should focus on law and order rather than teaching saying it could be a PR move.

The video continues to spark debate online about going beyond duty versus sticking to a core job.
