In a shocking road accident on Indore-Ichchapur Highway in Khargone, Madhya Pradesh, a high-speed Eicher vehicle rammed into a bike.

The bike was carrying one family of four who were returning from a wedding function.

The crash was so powerful that the bike was dragged almost 100 feet.

Tragically, 5-year-old Srishti and 3-year-old Bhumika died on the spot.

Their mother Jaya and father Yogesh are seriously injured and are being treated in hospital.

Police reached the spot immediately and took the Eicher vehicle driver into custody.

This is not the first accident on this highway, and once again big questions are being raised on road safety in Madhya Pradesh.
