Manipur continues to witness violence and tragedy as news comes in about Saturday's incident.

It has been reported that Manipur has arsons and gunfights on Saturday which resulted in the death of 5 people. 3 of these people belonged to the Meitei community and were shot dead inside their house on Saturday morning. 

Later in the day, 2 other people were killed. These men belonged to the Kuki community. It hasn't been clarified if the two incidents were correlating with each.

Manipur has been in a state of tension for quite a while now. And the recent deaths make a total of 160 deaths because of violence since May 3rd.
