"Mom bye bye, pata nahi main wapas aaungi ya nahi" – these were the last words of 23-year-old Indian pilot Deepika Dhana before a high-risk mission amid escalating Middle East tensions.
Called at the last minute, she led an all-women crew to operate the flight from UAE, bringing 169 stranded Indians safely back to Delhi.
Contact with air traffic control briefly dropped during takeoff, heightening the danger, but Deepika and her team never lost courage.
At just 23, she proved Indian pilots can bring their people home in any crisis – her bravery and dedication are inspiring the nation today!
