In Jehanabad, thieves managed to cut and steal roughly 100 meters of a 25,000-volt high-tension overhead railway wire along the Gaya-Patna railway section around 2:30 AM! 

Touching this live wire is considered instant death, leaving authorities and locals wondering how the thieves pulled off this daring act without getting electrocuted.
