A devastating tragedy in Ambala, Haryana! 

A 4-year-old boy died after falling into an open borewell while playing in a field. The Army and NDRF worked non-stop for 21 hours to rescue him.

Sadly, despite their best efforts, doctors declared him brought dead at the hospital. What makes this even more heartbreaking is that the little boy was about to start school for the first time. 

This incident once again raises serious questions about the negligence of leaving borewells open. When will this stop?
