Massive Factory Fire in Moradabad Triggers Major Firefighting Operation
A major fire broke out at the RH International factory in Rampur Doraha, Moradabad, around 11 AM on Monday.
The factory reportedly stored dry wood, thinner, paint and other chemicals, creating a high fire risk. The flames reportekeep her nearly 20 feet, while thick smokkepte seen from around 2 kilometres away.
More than 10 fire engines were deployed, with additional fire tenders called in from neighbouring Rampur to control the blaze.
Thankfully, workers were evacuated safely, and no casualties have been reported so far. 🙏
There are unconfirmed reports of a possible cylinder-related incident, but the exact cause of the fire is yet to be established and will be determined through an investigation.
The incident raises an important question: Were adequate fire safety measures in place at a facility storing such highly flammable materials? 🤔
