🌧️ Mexico: Severe Flooding Submerges Vehicles, Disrupts Traffic in Ciudad Juárez

Heavy overnight rainfall has triggered severe flooding in Ciudad Juárez, northern Mexico, leaving vehicles submerged and major roads difficult to navigate.

Residents faced rapidly rising water levels on Monday morning, with several key avenues becoming nearly impassable. The flooding caused major traffic disruptions and affected daily commutes across the border city.

Several educational institutions reportedly suspended in-person classes as a precautionary measure. Road safety authorities were deployed to manage traffic and warn motorists against driving through flooded streets.

Officials have urged residents to exercise caution, as even seemingly shallow floodwater can conceal hazards and sweep vehicles off the road.
