Breaking news: Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has been confirmed dead following joint U.S. and Israeli military strikes, according to Iranian state media.

Reports also state that several of his family members, including his daughter, son in law and granddaughter, were killed in the same attack. Iran has announced a 40 day national mourning period, and tensions across the Middle East increasing.
