A shocking case from the national capital has once again raised serious concerns over women’s safety in and around public transport systems. A 30-year-old woman was allegedly gang-raped inside a sleeper bus in Delhi’s Nangloi area, with police arresting the vehicle’s driver and conductor shortly after the incident came to light.

According to police officials, the incident allegedly took place on the night of May 11 when the woman was returning home after work. Investigators said the accused lured the woman inside the bus before sexually assaulting her. What Happened in the Nangloi Bus Gang-Rape Case?
