The Maharashtra Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has officially suspended the food license of the iconic K. Rustom & Company in Churchgate. 

During a massive statewide inspection drive on July 7th and 8th, officials uncovered severe hygiene violations at the beloved ice cream parlor.

Inspectors reportedly found live rats, house flies, expired food products, broken cold chain operations, and missing mandatory records. 

This action is part of a larger crackdown across 16 hotels and eateries in Maharashtra to ensure strict food safety and hygiene standards.
