When the collector himself stands at the gate understand that the system has been shaken.

Something like this happened in Rewa Madhya Pradesh where Collector Narendra Kumar Suryavanshi suddenly arrived at the main gate of the collectorate.

It was morning time but the office told a different story. Employees were missing chairs were empty and even responsible officers were absent.

The collector took charge immediately. Every officer and staff member who arrived late was stopped at the gate and made to stand in line. Strict action began right there.

The collector made it clear. When the common public reaches on time for their work why cannot officers do the same?

This is not just negligence but an insult to the public's time.

Since this was the first time all latecomers were given a half day leave and a warning. But next time direct action is guaranteed.

This move has sent shockwaves through the entire collectorate. No more excuses only work and on time.
