Around 300 citizens gathered at Versova Beach in Mumbai for a peaceful environmental rally called Green Mumbai Sunday.

The main aim was to raise awareness about protecting Mumbai’s mangroves, forests, and open green spaces.

Participants highlighted that mangroves are vital for protecting the coastline, supporting biodiversity, and fighting climate change.

Through this rally, Mumbaikars sent a clear message: Development is important, but protecting nature is equally essential for the city’s sustainable future.
