A massive midnight uproar erupted at Chitkara University in Punjab after a purported "ghost video" went viral on social media.

The situation escalated quickly as rumors spread among students that eerie crying sounds were heard from the girls' hostel at night and that two female students had allegedly gone missing. Panic-stricken students gathered on the campus and staged a massive protest, prompting immediate police intervention.

However, both the local police and the university administration have firmly denied the rumors, clarifying that there is no confirmation of any student's death or disappearance. Authorities are currently verifying CCTV footage and taking statements from students to uncover the truth behind the incident.
